You'll need to click "More info" and then "Run anyway". "Windows protected your PC" message may appear which is the Windows Defender Smart Screen.(Optional) right click on the application file and choose Send To > Desktop (create shortcut).Extract the zip file and open the folder and look for TransparentTwitchChatWPF.exe.Under "Assets" grab the file "TwitchChatOverlay-v0.9.zip" This app has been approved by the /r/Twitch mods.
